taking an organization of their
choice. They are required to
submit the written report
covering the introduction to
the organization and shall be
carrying out the TNA for the
same. The group members
may interact with the Plant
Manager/ HR Manager/HRD
Manager (depending upon the
nature / size / scale of
operations) for getting the
inputs. Further, in the light of
the needs assessed, students
are required to create a training
calendar for the organization.
