Procedures for the conduct of and
participation in ACNW meetings were
published in the Federal Register on
October 18, 2004 (69 FR 61416). In
accordance with these procedures, oral
or written statements may be presented
by members of the public. Electronic
recordings will be permitted only
during those portions of the meeting
that are open to the public. Persons
desiring to make oral statements should
notify Mr. Michael P. Lee, (Telephone
301–415–6887), between 7:30 a.m. and
4 p.m. ET, as far in advance as
practicable so that appropriate
arrangements can be made to schedule
the necessary time during the meeting
for such statements. Use of still, motion
picture, and television cameras during
this meeting will be limited to selected
portions of the meeting as determined
by the ACNW Chairman. Information
regarding the time to be set aside for
taking pictures may be obtained by
contacting the ACNW office prior to the
meeting. In view of the possibility that
the schedule for ACNW meetings may
be adjusted by the Chairman as
necessary to facilitate the conduct of the
meeting, persons planning to attend
should notify Mr. Lee as to their
particular needs.

• The discussion of Waterford
Nuclear Plant power uprate, previously
scheduled between 8:35 and 10:30 a.m.,
is now scheduled between 8:35 and 12
noon.
• The item on Technical Basis for
Potential Revision of the Pressurized
Thermal Shock (PTS) Screening Criteria
in the PTS Rule, scheduled between
10:45 and 12:30 p.m., has been
postponed to a future ACRS meeting
due to the unavailability of draft
NUREG document being prepared by
the NRC staff.
• The Mixed Oxide Fuel Fabrication
Facility discussion scheduled between

I. Introduction

(‘‘PCX’’), and the Philadelphia Stock

‘‘Participants’’), respectively, filed with

Amendment No. 14, the Participants
propose to extend the pilot provision
limiting Trade-Through 4 liability at the
end of the trading day for an additional
year, until January 31, 2006, and to
increase the limitation on liability from
25 contracts to 50 contracts. This order
summarily puts into effect Joint
Amendment No. 14 on a temporary
basis not to exceed 120 days, and
solicits comment on Joint Amendment
No. 14 from interested persons.5
