Laboratory
Complex
'Transformers'
is
responsible for the final phase of the quality
control of power transformers, which is the
acceptance testing of the fully assembled
transformers before shipping.
There are abilities to test transformers in the size
range to 200 MVA or more and the voltage range
to 400 kV.
The laboratory's team includes experienced
engineers and skilled technicians able to conduct
the all needed tests according to the
requirements of many international and country's
standards like IEC, DIN, BS, ANSI, BDS.

Safety protections and high reliability:

Mechanical interlock against passing over of the end positions both in the OLTC
and in the Motor Drive Unit
Protective relay and easily replaceable protective membrane for the vessel of
diverter switch
Possibility to put alternative protection type such as QUALITROL

Separate diverter switch for regular wearing out of lightening

arrester contacts
Resistors above the contact system so the arc burning products
do not deposit on them
Easy service and inspections:
Diverter switch dismounting by own portable hoist without interrupting cinematic circuit
No need of Motor Drive Unit service
