In the middle of 20th century there were many daily newspapers which were not financially
successful. Their get up and printing was poor. Their reading material was not quit up to the
mark. The weeklies were better edited and got up. Among well known weeklies were
Bhavishya(Kanpur),Karmveer(Khandwa) & Sanik(Agra). Among the imp. Dalies which
flourished in 1930 were Vishwamitra Bharat Mitra,Savadho Bharat
(Bombay),Vartman(Kanpur),Milap(Lahore)& Lokmat of Jabalpur.
