the itinerary; services of resident professional naturalist guides in each safari camp and lodge, and
while on sightseeing excursions; all gratuities; $50,000 of emergency sickness/accident medical
expenses and $75,000 in evacuation insurance*; charter air transportation beginning on departure
from Windhoek on Day 3 through arrival in Lusaka on Day 20.

NOT INCLUDED: All air transportation except as listed above; excess baggage charges (see luggage
restrictions below); airport arrival and departure taxes; transfers for independent arrivals and
departures; passport and/or visa fees; accident/baggage/cancellation insurance; items of a personal

AIR FARE: A tentative flight schedule is available upon request. Eco-Expeditions will contact
you approximately 180 days prior to the departure of this program to finalize your flight plans.
As of February 2010, the approximate economy air fare as listed in the itinerary is $1,675 for
New York/Johannesburg/Windhoek – Lusaka/Johannesburg/New York. Additional fares from
other cities will be quoted as needed.

LUGGAGE RESTRICTIONS: Due to restrictions on the charter flights within this program,
baggage is restricted to 15 kilograms (33 pounds) total, per person.

All rates are per person, quoted in U.S. dollars, and must be paid in U.S. dollars. Rates and itineraries
are subject to change.

* Insurance is underwritten by National Union Fire Insurance Company of Pittsburgh, Pa. The Policy will contain reductions,
