AFFIDAVIT OF ELIGIBILITY/COMPLIANCE & LIABILITY/PUBLICITY RELEASE

I have submitted a video as an Entrant in the UAE Singing Challenge (Competition)
organized by Imprezions FZ LLE ("Administrator"). Consistent with the Official Rules of the
Competition (Official Rules), I submit this Affidavit of Eligibility/Compliance &
Liability/Publicity Release ("Affidavit & Release") to the Administrator. I agree to be bound by
the Official Rules of the Competition (Official Rules). I represent that I meet the eligibility
requirements of the Competition and I have complied and will comply fully with the Official
Rules. I further represent that I have not committed, nor been party to, nor have knowledge of
the commission of any fraud, deception or misrepresentation in connection with my
participation in the Competition. Commencing with such time that I entered the Competition
and through the present, I have been a legal resident of the United Arab Emirates and at least
18 years of age. I will continue to meet the eligibility requirements through the date of
announcement of the winner, if any.
Ownership
I represent that I have full and unfettered rights and ownership of all materials used in the
video I submit for the Competition and I am solely authorized to give and transfer all rights and
ownership. I give and transfer to the Administrator all rights and ownership of video I submit for
the Competition, including but not limited to, to use, modify, publish, reproduce, and duplicate
in any form without compensation, reference, acknowledgement, or consent.
Publicity Release
I hereby grant to Administrator and its designated agents and representatives the right, without
limitation, to use my name, biographical information, photos and/or likeness, and statements
for promotion, trade, commercial, advertising and publicity purposes, at any time or times, in all
media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide, including but not limited to on the World
Wide Web and Internet, without notice, review or approval and without additional
compensation, in any manner that Administrator so determines, and I further agree that such
use can be made without my inspection or approval of any copy used in connection with it.

Release of Liability
On behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, administrators and assignees, I hereby release and
hold harmless the Administrator, and their respective officials, employees, agents, and affiliates
(collectively Released Parties) from all liability and responsibility for any and all claims,
damages, losses and liabilities of any nature whatsoever which I or any of the aforementioned
parties may now or hereafter be entitled to assert, including, but not limited to any death,
property damage, injury, loss of enjoyment or other harm or loss of any nature whatsoever
caused or arising out of my participation in the Contest.
Indemnification
I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all claims
and losses accruing or resulting to any and all persons or entities in connection with the entry,
including but not limited to the logo design and submission of the entry. If any statement made
by me in this Affidavit & Release is found to be false, then, in addition to any other remedies
that Administrator may pursue against me, I understand and agree that I will be disqualified and
any prize/award (recognition) will be revoked.
I hereby state and acknowledge that I understand all of the statements, terms, and conditions
contained above and the Official Rules, and that by signing below, I agree to be legally bound
by them.
