Las patentes constituyen incentivos para las personas, ya que les ofrece
reconocimiento por su creatividad y recompensas materiales por sus invenciones
comercializables. Estos incentivos alientan la innovaci�n, que garantiza la mejora
constante de la calidad de la vida humana.
Las invenciones patentadas han invadido todos los aspectos de la vida humana, desde
la luz el�ctrica (cuyas patentes detentaban Edison y Swan) al pl�stico (cuyas
patentes detentaba Baekeland), pasando por los bol�grafos (cuyas patentes detentaba
Biro) y los microprocesadores (cuyas patentes detentaba Intel), por ejemplo.
El primer paso para obtener una patente consiste en presentar una solicitud de
patente. La solicitud de patente contiene, por lo general, el t�tulo de la
invenci�n, as� como una indicaci�n sobre su �mbito t�cnico; debe incluir los
antecedentes y una descripci�n de la invenci�n, en un lenguaje claro y con los
detalles suficientes para que una persona con un conocimiento medio del �mbito en
cuesti�n pueda utilizar o reproducir la invenci�n. Estas descripciones est�n
acompa�adas, generalmente, por materiales visuales como dibujos, planos o diagramas
que contribuyen a describir m�s adecuadamente la invenci�n. La solicitud contiene
asimismo varias "reivindicaciones", es decir, informaci�n que determina el alcance
de protecci�n que concede la patente.
Una invenci�n debe, por lo general, satisfacer las siguientes condiciones para ser
protegida por una patente: debe tener uso pr�ctico; debe presentar asimismo un
elemento de novedad; es decir, alguna caracter�stica nueva que no se conozca en el
cuerpo de conocimiento existente en su �mbito t�cnico. Este cuerpo de conocimiento
existente se llama "estado de la t�cnica". La invenci�n debe presentar un paso
inventivo que no podr�a ser deducido por una persona con un conocimiento medio del
�mbito t�cnico. Finalmente, su materia debe ser aceptada como "patentable" de
conformidad a derecho. En numerosos pa�ses, las teor�as cient�ficas, los m�todos
matem�ticos, las obtenciones vegetales o animales, los descubrimientos de
sustancias naturales, los m�todos comerciales o m�todos para el tratamiento m�dico

patentes rapidamente, ya que por la pirater�a les pueden copiar sus ideas y les
pueden perjudicar mucho. todo eso lo pueden hacer con un abogado que saben de leyes
y les pueden guiar durante todo ese proceso
Luego de tener ya licenciado esa marca ya nadie podr� usar esa marca o sus
productos , ya que si usted ve el producto usando por otra persona la puede
demandar facilmente
La mejor manera de proteger archivos es sacando la licencia del libro y pagando
para poner una marca en el mercado..
