Upon gaining relevant experience on POWER project as a SAP key user


my role has evolved into a functional team leader position (team leader of inventory planers),
acting as the link between supply chain department and IT with specific focus on continuous
improvement of application systems in the Sales and Distribution (SD) and Logistics modules
of SAP.

Responsible for analyzing logistics processes in application systems to cover gaps and
to find root-causes of incidents.
Plan and coordinate SAP post-implementation projects (building new interfaces).
Optimize the use of SAP solutions in daily business
Work on enhancement and re-definition of existing SAP interfaces.
In charge of tracking inventory KPIs: Days-On-Hand, Safety Stocks, Stock Accuracy,
OTIF and Outstanding Goods Issues.
Conduct inventory management interconnection within organization and out of the
organization with logistics service providers.
Assist and coach inventory planners and stock controllers.
