I, Reyna C. Kagandahan, of legal age, Filipino, single, and with
address at No. 39 Labsan Street, Baguio City, after being first duly sworn to
according to law, hereby depose and state:
1. That I am the legal Secretary at the R.B. LAPEA LAW OFFICE with
office address at Rm. B-319 Lopez Bldg., Session Road, Baguio City;

That in the performance of my duties, I hereby declare that, on

September 19, 2011, I personally served a copy of the PETITION for
CERTIORARI, MANDAMUS and PROHIBITION (With Urgent Prayer for
Issuance of a Temporary Restraining Order and/or Writ of
Preliminary Injunction) to Atty. Galo Reyes, counsel of the private
respondents, at Rm. 406, Mt. Crest Bldg., Legarda Road, Baguio City
and to the Regional Trial Court, Branch 7, Baguio City, where
respondent Honorable Judge is sitting;

That the proof of service is indicated on page 47 of the PETITION

for CERTIORARI, MANDAMUS and PROHIBITION (With Urgent Prayer
for Issuance of a Temporary Restraining Order and/or Writ of
Preliminary Injunction;

That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the

foregoing and for all legal intents and purposes it may serve.
