Dear Sir and Brother Knight,
You are hereby summoned, with the Priors and such members of your Priory as are entitled to be present, to
attend a meeting of Great Priory, which will be opened, conducted and closed as a Chapter of the Order of St.
John of Jerusalem, Palestine, Rhodes and Malta. This meeting will be held under the Banner of the Priory of
St. George, No.6 in Freemasons Hall, 60 Great Queen Street, London WC2B 5AZ on Tuesday, 17
November 2015 at 12.30 p.m.
MALTA clothing will be worn by ALL Knights who are in possession of it.
MALTA clothing will be loaned, on request, only to those officers at the Pentagonal and Octagonal Tables
who are not in possession of it.

CEREMONY OF INSTALLATION
The Great Prior of Malta will install a selected Knight Templar as a Knight of the Order of St. John of
Jerusalem, Palestine, Rhodes and Malta.
The Candidate for installation must report to the Great Mareschal by 11.30 a.m.
Those Active Officers appointed in November 2014 will be expected to discharge their duties at this
meeting and will attend a rehearsal at 10.30 a.m.
Any ACTIVE Officers unable to attend MUSTinform the Great Vice-Chancellor ten working days prior to
the meeting.

AGENDA
1. To open a Chapter of Malta.

2. To propose that the Minutes of the Great Priory of Malta held on Tuesday,
18 November 2014 be taken as read, approved and adopted.

3. To appoint and invest Knights Commanders of the United Orders.

4. To appoint and invest the Great Prior and Sub-Prior of Malta.

5. To appoint and invest the Great Officers of Malta for the ensuing year.

6. To install a candidate as a Knight of Malta.

7. The Most Eminent and Supreme Grand Master will address The Great Priory of
Malta.

8. Alms will be collected, during which the Hymn Praise, my Soul, the King of
Heaven will be sung.

9. To close the Chapter of the Great Priory of Malta.

Dinner will be held after the meeting at the Grand Connaught Rooms. The dining fee
will be 46.00 inclusive of wines, gratuities and V.A.T. All other drinks must be paid
for separately.

The Knights of the United Orders in England and Wales and Provinces Overseas are
reminded to join in good wishes to their Knights throughout the world on Friday,
25 December 2015 at 5 p.m. G.M.T.
