Letter From the Exalted Ruler

Fellow Elks,
I can not believe its November already! We will be having the Under-Takers (Hits from the 60s) band out the 14th; all the proceeds
will go towards John Cunningham and family. We will be having
our annual Dirty Santa Christmas party Saturday December the
5th. Starting this month we are going to have a work day the third
Sunday of every month from 11am to 4pm. If your can come out
and help with maintenance and remodeling it would be appreciated. We are getting ready to redo the floors behind the bar and finish the front side of the bars. We will have samples of the material we are looking at, here at the lodge, Wednesday night November the 11th. We would like everyones opinion/vote so we can get
the remodel finished and start on the other repairs that need to be
completed. I would like to thank everyone that has volunteered
there time and resources helping at the lodge. Remember to promote our lodge and membership. I look forward to seeing you at
the lodge and the upcoming events.

to get done and need some help!

November is Veterans Remembrance Month! The Order of

Elks remembers our Veterans throughout the year, but in
November, as we give thanks for all Gods blessings, we
pay special tribute to our Veterans for their sacrifices. It is
yet another occasion to strongly proclaim our solemn
pledge:
So long as there are Veterans, the Benevolent and
Protective order of Elks will never forget them.
The 11th hour on the 11th day of the 11th month!
