travelling road. The B/bye must pump the water out

Hallway near control room - The area near the controll

room is very dirty. Old computer screens lying around

pulled out of the socket and 3rd cable they drove over it

damaged the scrubber fan of the C/M. This is not the 1st
time it is the 6th time. It cost the mine R450 000.00 to fix

Store - On Friday 16 Oct at +- 15h00 a rain storm

occured. The drain infront of the Joy store overflowed
causing all the water to accumulate infront of the store
and flooding the store inside

premises asking for cables (copper). They also told him
that they are going to kill him.
