I am Newton Mondal , an Indian , resident of Kalna of Burdwan district , West Bengal .

I have done my B.Com in Accountancy. I also have completed my Bachelor of Laws
from the renowned Fakir Mohan University.
I would like to study MSc International Business and Management to be truly exceptional
if it fulfills some crucial criteria. On the other hand my second choice is MSc Human
resource Management. According to me I can achieve constant innovation and
improvement in its business education. Additionally, it must address international issues
that prepare students for challenges of working in a global economy. It must also
combine theoretical training with practical business skills. Being a fresh graduate with a
commerce background, I believe that I'll be able to understand the modules of the course
in a better manner. Managing people is a challenging job so I wish to pursue the
particular course in International Business And Management because I think that I've
management skills and power to attract people also I believe that I can bring people from
different areas of society under one roof and give a perfect touch with positive result

a very useful insights into managing diverse teams, tackle pressure, sell ideas and manage

country's management. In recent times, Indian government has welcomed the inflow of
western technology and investments in the management of multinational companies. The
proper management strategies in business have made India develop very fast in the global
market. The Masters program in Management at your university will prepare me well for
the dynamic opportunities of the new millennium.
I have obtained my Bachelors of Electronics engineering degree in June 2006 from
Ramrao Adik Institute of Technology (RAIT), Mumbai's premier engineering institute
affiliated to the University of Mumbai. The four years of engineering study has instilled
in me a sense of discipline, sharpened my analytical abilities and given me a strong

I have completed my Post Graduation in Marketing
Management. A Degree in Arts with Economics, Politics and History as my
specialization. I have done other Post Graduation in History and Public
Administration. My Education and my upbringing was in an English Society
as my father was serving in Caltex Oil Refinery which had more of the
Western culture. Hence I never had a problem with English which is more

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
The movement towards a global economy and unprecedented explosion of free trade
and exchange worldwide has brought about immense opportunities to develop newer
tools, instruments and methodologies in the field of business management. It is this
challenging environment to which I intend to contribute by evolving meaningful and
optimal solutions to various problems of management. Thus, my goal is a career in
International business and/or academic research wherein I could advance analytical
approaches to business management.
If one were to ask my friends to describe me they would describe me as a very
pleasant, diverse, active and intelligent man. I think one of my most distinguishing
characteristics is the diversity of experiences I possess. I am an arts student with a
flair for the science. I am a man with analytical aptitude and an interest in
management field. I also have a passion for travelling and understanding different
cultures of the world. All these elements have given me a very broad outlook, with
varying degrees of knowledge in a range of topics. I strongly believe that although
some are not related directly, all these qualities will influence my graduate work.
My Management degree has given a strong foundation to my reasoning and analytical
skills and has broadened my views by helping me in looking at things in a much wider
perspectives. Over the past three years, I have been working full-time with a firm,
Blue Heaven Technology Private Limited. I am also the co-founder and active
member with PLC Pakriwal Life Care, which is associated with spreading
awareness about AIDS and Literacy in the rural areas of Jharkhand. More than what I
have studied in school and college, it has been these experiences that have shaped the
person that I am today.
I believe that this unique blend of experiences has made me a man with an original
point of view. This blend has given me a broader perspective to and a good
understanding of life and a goal to aim for.
To achieve my career goals, I need to learn much more about current developments
and techniques in management, international markets and business applications and
acquire hands-on experience of business analysis. A Master's Degree will provide me
with theoretical understanding, an in depth idea of practical approaches in aiding
managerial decision-making and research skills to enable me to develop an expertise
in the core areas of business strategies and global corporate operations.
As I browsed through the list of universities, I narrowed down a few selected ones
according to their course structures. Your university fulfils all my requirements of a
well-designed course: adequate facilities, broad curricula, flexible course structures
and practical training opportunities. I have selected the PG program in business
management of this university because of its outstanding faculty and research
facilities, emphasis on a collaborative learning environment, flexibility in curriculum
and a global perspective to various key issues. I hope to become a part of this
dynamic culture which will give me a leading edge to work effectively in diverse
teams and situations.

UK qualifications are recognised and respected all over the world. It is the oldest
established educational system and provides a solid foundation for all skills required
to do well and succeed in a globalised world economy. Employers want employees
who can think effectively, creatively and independently. UK institutions use a variety
of teaching and assessment methods to encourage independence as well as mastery of

there original thinking.

I am aware that intensive study in a specialized field is a difficult task to achieve and
excel at. But I strongly believe that what we persist in doing becomes easier for us to
do; not because the nature of the thing has changed, but because the power to do it has
increased.
I know where to direct the force of my will, to ensure that my career doesn't lie within
