UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following

ORDER
Mr. C.S.Vaidyanathan, learned senior counsel
for the respondent has filed an affidavit pursuant to our
order dated 26.03.2014.

He has also separately filed in a

sealed cover a list of names of persons

who are according

to Mr. Vaidyanathan required to be investigated in view of

the disclosures made and the evidence
the Investigating

Agency.

not however evident from the list. Mr.

see no reason to decline the prayer for time to enable Mr.

Vaidyanathan to do the needful which may be done on or
before 16.04.2014.
