Narrative

The above listed subject was arrested on the above listed


charges after patrols responded with Potsdam Rescue to a report
of an intoxicated subject needing assistance. Matos interfered
with Potsdam Rescue personnel tending to the patient. Matos
was arraigned by Norfolk Town Justice Grubee and remanded to
the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility on $1,500 bail/
$2,500 bond and is scheduled to appear in Potsdam Village
Court at a later date.
