The Government had decided to discontinue the practice of Spot Admissions in Government Arts &
Science Colleges with effect from academic year 2015-16 and, thereafter, directed the Universities to conduct spot
admission at University level vide reference (2) read above. As per the interim order of the Honble High Court of
Kerala, read (3) above, Government was directed to take a decision on the issue of extending the above mentioned
Government Decision to Aided Colleges also. After examining the matter in detail, the Government has decided to
extend the decision, issued as per the letter read (2) above regarding spot admissions, to Aided as well as Self
Financing Arts & Science Colleges and directed the Universities to comply with the decision as per reference (4) read
above.
University has examined the matter in detail and sanction has been accorded by the Honble
Vice Chancellor to conduct a fresh and final allotment after the Second Supplementary Allotment as detailed below:
a) The Final Allotment shall be open to all candidates
b) Candidates who have not secured admission so far can register using the application number assigned to
them earlier
c) Candidates who have secured admission in earlier allotments should register afresh for participating in the
final allotment
d) University shall publish revised allotment lists on a daily basis after the completion of registration process,
after eliminating the candidates securing admission in each allotment
Sanction has also been accorded by the Honble Vice Chancellor to revise the schedule of admission
notified earlier vide reference (1) cited above as detailed below:

Applicants admitted under the Lakshadweep/Management/Community quotas should remit the


fee due to the University in the prescribed SBT chalan form on the date of admission itself which may
be remitted in any branch of SBT.
The college authorities should upload the details of admitted candidates under the above
mentioned quotas on the date of admission itself and should verify the correctness of the online entries
of the candidates admitted so far .
Requests for uploading the details of candidates after the date of closing of admissions shall
not be permitted under any circumstances and admissions done without the online entry shall be
considered as irregular admissions.
The notification of even number dated 24/07/2015 stands modified to this extent.
