CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
Entrepreneurial Leadership:
Developed a new product and corresponding strategic plan for one of our clients to take advantage of their
user base that led to a 3-year increase in valuation from $44M to an acquisition price of $200M
Started a company after college, provided my investors with 25% annual return over six years, sold in 2014 for $5M.
Facilitated the acquisition of a colleagues tech company and led the successful organizational and technological
integration into the acquiring companys portfolio. Enhanced the acquiring companys core products and services,
requiring them to double the number of support and sales team members to meet increased demand.
Agile Implementation:
Delivered technology infrastructure and solutions that reduced the time to market of a software platform from 1
years to 8 months, ensuring delivery on a $10M project that had a truncated timetable due to regulatory changes.
Created and implemented agile testing requirements, quality control standards, and bug escalation procedures that
dramatically improved development resource allocation from 50% new features/50% bugfixes to 80% new
features/20% bugfixes and subsequently reduced the average sprint length from 12 weeks to 2 weeks with no
lapse in burndown rate.
Rebuilt a companys flagship product from scratch in 2 months with successful legacy data migration for 200
hospitals, sparking the sales teams successful acquisition of the most prestigious customer in the industry.
