EFFECTIVEDATE:September1,2013
AVAILABILITY:
AtanypointontheCitysinterconnectedsystemwheretherearefacilitiesofadequate
capacity.
APPLICATION:
Thisscheduleisforalternatingcurrent,single,orthreephaseelectricservicesupplied
at the Citys available voltage through one kilowatthour meter at a single point of
delivery for all service required on the premises, except by written permission of the
Director of the Light & Power Department, or his assigned representative. All meters
will be of the Demand Register type unless determined by City Electric Meter
Departmenttobeotherwise.
The customer shall adhere to all service and billing requirements including the
installation of approved metering equipment as per Logan City Electric Service
Requirements.
CUSTOMERSERVICECHARGE:
Notapplicableatpresent.
MINIMUMBILLING:
$7.60forsinglephaseservice.
$11.40forthreephaseservice.

POWERFACTOR:
ThePowerFactoradjustmentappliesonlytocustomerswiththreephaseservice.This
rate will be based on the Customer maintaining at all times a power factor between
95%laggingand95%leading,orhigher,asdeterminedbymeasurement.IfthePower
Factoratthetimeofthemonthlypeakdemandisfoundtobelessthan95%laggingor
leading, the monthly kilowatt demand, as recorded by the Citys meter, will be
increasedby3/4of1%forevery1%thatthePowerFactorislessthan95%.
DEMAND:
TheKilowattDemandisbasedon15minuteperiodofCustomersgreatestuseduring
themonthdeterminedtothenearestkW.
SEASONALSERVICE:
Customers with annually recurring periods of seasonal use, where service is
discontinued during part of a year may be contracted under this schedule. Seasonal
Servicewillbedeterminedbyactualmonthlyenergyanddemandcharges.

CONNECTIONFEE:

FORCEMAJEURE:
Neither the City nor Customer shall be subject to any liability or damages due to the
inability of the City to serve the Customers load due to lack of available power and
energyorotherconditionsbeyondtheCity'scontrol.Intheeventofnaturaldisastersor
actsofGodsuchasearthquakes,floods,orseverestorms,neitherpartyshallbeliable
for damages due to lack of ability for operations which affect the other party
economically. Should any of the foregoing occur, the minimum billing demands that
wouldotherwisebeapplicableunderthisScheduleshallbewaivedandCustomerwill
havenoliabilityforservicechargesuntilsuchtimeasCustomerisreasonablyableto
