We have no monitor engineer or lighting person with us. These are the names for the
rooming list if you are providing hotels.

Transport
Cast, crew and equipment will be travelling in one (1) Mercedes Sprinter splitter van which is
7m long.

Set length
The set is currently 80 minutes (1 hour and 10 minutes) including encore.

F.O.H. Console:
Input list is still be finalised. We are currently taking approximately 32 - 35 inputs from stage
plus shout/comms as applicable.

WE NEED AT LEAST 18 DI BOXES- WE HAVE OUR OWN TO LOOMS

Analogue is always good, Midas being the preference. We do not have show files for any
console at the moment so please allow extra time for audio programing.
F.O.H. outboard for analogue consoles:

1 x Klark Teknik DN370, DN360 or BSS or XTA stereo 31 band graphic EQ

6 x compressor /limiters i.e. dBX162SL, 160SL dBX160A, or dBX1066

6 x noise gates - Drawmer DS201 if possible.

2 x effects units capable of producing reverb

2 x effects units capable of producing delay/echo

A CD player connected to inputs on the FOH console, is always useful!


Monitors:
Five (5) mixes in total:

THREE (3) WEDGE MIXES PAIR ON EACH PLEASE

ONE (1) SUB FOR DRUMMER AND

ONE (1) XLR OUT TO DRUMMERS MIXER - PLEASE.

Lighting brief
WE DO NOT HAVE A LIGHTING PERSON!
would like a colorful, deep lighting look with plenty of slow movement. The
music is mid-tempo, beats-based so fast strobes and movement are not applicable. Hazing
is fine.

, our singer, is not on stage for all of the songs and therefore needs to be

highlighted when she is.

We will also have visual files for projection/LED backdrop if applicable.

STAGE PLAN

Stage and riser requirements


Please have a look at the stage plan. We do not require the usual drum rider upstage centre.
Please strike any existing drum riser if at all possible.
Our set up takes up the whole stage and we will strike everything, as far as possible, after
sound check in order to make way for other acts.

Hospitality as per contract rider
We are a touring party of 7 people. We have one (1) vegetarian. Please discuss meal times
with the tour manager.
WHERE DINNER CANNOT BE PROVIDED A BUY OUT OF 20.00 PER PERSON WILL
BE REQUIRED.
For the dressing/band room:
One (1) kettle, 6 mugs
Coffee & tea
Pack of lemons
Selection of fresh fruit & vegetables
Fruit & nut mix
14 bottles natural spring water
2 large bottles of ginger ale
1 large bottle of ginger beer
1 Case of premium beer
1 35cl Bottle of Bourbon/Irish Whiskey (No Jack Daniels or Scotch)
1 bottle of Prosecco
1 Small bottle of Dark Rum
1 35cl bottle of premium vodka
2 large bottles of soda water
6 Diet Cokes
8 nearly new towels
IF AT ALL POSSIBLE:
1 Full length mirror
Lighting suitable for make-up/ hair check
Ironing board with iron.
Stage towels and water to be given to tour manager on request:
8 small bottles of water (room temperature)
4 medium dark, nearly-new towels
