of Perfect PDF Premium. The program is a complete all-in-one solution for all t
asks associated with PDF files. It€enables users to create and edit PDF€document
s efficiently.
As of today, Perfect PDF 6 Premium is available via Electronic Software Distribu
tion, starting in soft Xpansion's own web shop eknow-how (http://www.eknow-how.d
e/shop-en/pprod/sp01900e.php). The recommended retail price (RRP) for the applic
ation is 79,99 Euros.
For upgrades from Version 5 to Version 6, the price is 39,99 Euros. This means t
hat users of Perfect PDF Premium 5 save 50% off the RRP. New customers of Perfec
t PDF Premium will get the program for 59,99 Euros (25% off). This offer for new
clients will be valid until April 10, 2010.

g comments€just like written notes on a sheet of paper, and a powerful editor to
ol€for backgrounds, watermarks, stamps and headers or footers.

1. New Key Features
* XPS Support: Export PDF files into XPS documents and import XPS files into PDF
documents (create a new PDF document from an XPS file, add the pages of€an XPS
document€to the pages of an existing PDF file).
* PDF Creation directly from within Microsoft Outlook:€convert objects like e-ma
il messages (HTML and text formats), calendar entries, file attachments. May be
done simultaneously, if desired.
* System requirements: also fully compatible€with Microsoft Office 2010 and Wind
ows 7, for 32-€and for 64-bit computers.
2. Completely new PDF Functionality and enhanced PDF Features
* Creation of interactive PDF files: Implement events and corresponding actions
into PDF files, and€actions will also be performed in the PDF viewer of Perfect
PDF 6 Premium. In previous program versions, actions could only be performed in
Adobe Reader. Java Script actions, however, are still not performed in the PDF v
iewer of Perfect PDF 6 Premium. The reason is that Java Script commands may load
malicious code on the computer, which may allow online criminals to gain contro
l over or spy out the system.
* XFDF€and FDF in PDF forms:€Import and export€FDF and XFDF files, submit€PDF, F
DF, XFDF and€HTML€form data to a web server.
* Use PDF portfolios for embedded files (integrate several separate files in one
PDF file)€
* Add links to external and embedded€files€(PDF portfolios).
* Use and€manage revisions (versions) of PDF files:€change the PDF document cont
ents€and€afterwards keep the original and the changed version in one file. The€d
ifferent versions may be€explicitly chosen on opening the PDF file. The version
information€is displayed in€a new€document properties tab.
* New annotations and text tool: Add and replace text.
3. Functionality beyond the Adobe PDF Specification
* New annotation and€editing tools: Pencil€and Eraser€ to€add and remove freehan
d comments in a PDF file.€Commenting€is now as easy as writing€on a real sheet o
f paper.
* New, special feature for€converted Microsoft Word files: in the resulting PDF
file, the€index entries may be converted to links. This feature is based upon th
e page numbers listed in the index. Click on the index entries - the€respective
page€will be€displayed.€This feature is not available in Word files.
* Named destinations:€add links to a certain page or to€positions on a page as s
o-called named€destinations. Microsoft Office bookmarks may be imported into the
PDF file as named destinations. Moreover, import€links into named destinations,
€edit existing named destinations or add new ones.
* New type of text field: auto text fields,€which make it possible to add dynami
c€fields€like the current date, page number, last€author's name etc.
* Enhanced Search and Find€features for texts: firstly, let the program replace€
search results by a new text string automatically, like in€word processing appli
cations. For PDF files, so far this functionality€is€only available in€Perfect P
DF 6 Premium.€Secondly, the search functionality now displays a list of search r
esults,€the page numbers€where they were found and the context within the docume
nt. The list€consists of links, so the users may click on an entry and the respe
ctive page will be displayed in the program's PDF viewer.
4. More new Features
* Powerful€editor for backgrounds, watermarks, stamps, headers and footers: in t
he previous version, these elements could only be imported, but were not open to
editing€by€Perfect PDF 6 Premium.
* Import content directly from€TWAIN compatible hardware, i.e. scanners or webca
ms.
* Integration into Internet Explorer€and€into€Firefox (Mozilla family): with the
€installation of€Perfect PDF 6 Premium, the program's PDF viewer module is seaml
essly€integrated into these common web browser applications.
* Multi-page view in the editing mode: scroll through multiple pages and access
a special page directly even in this program mode. This was not available in pre
vious versions.
* New features for forms editing: special highlighting of form fields and€displa
y of the names of€form fields in the editing mode.
* The installation€makes it possible to choose from two language versions (Engli
sh and German)

SPECIAL FEATURES OF PERFECT PDF 6 PREMIUM
* €Modern user interface (ribbon design like in Microsoft Office 2007) makes it
easier to navigate through the program. Thanks to€this interface, the program fe
atures and commands are grouped more clearly than in classical windows software.
* For more complex tasks, a contextual help system and information bars have bee
n integrated into the program. Therefore, in these cases it is not necessary to
consult the help file and/or the printed manual.
* Separate windows for editing and commenting of PDF files as well as several re
ading views make it easier to work with the application.
DEMO VERSION
A demo version is available on the soft Xpansion product page on the web. This v
ersion is complete as far as the functionality is concerned. However, it include
s a watermark ("soft Xpansion") on all PDF file pages that are displayed, create
d or edited by the program.

-bit versions), mouse. For the integration into Microsoft Office: Office 2010/20
