Prices Prices quoted are FOR Thane.
Packing and Inclusive of packing and forwarding charges.
Forwarding
Excise Duty As applicable at the time of dispatch, presently @ 12.5%.
Sales Tax VAT @ 12.5% or CST @ 2% against Form C.
Freight and Insurance To Your account.
Other taxes Octroi, LBT, CESS etc. if applicable, charges for the same
shall be borne by you.
Delivery 10~12 weeks from the date of receipt of technically and
commercially clear order and receipt of advance,
approved GA Drawings and QAP if applicable.
* If the deliveries terms do not meet your project
requirement, please revert back to us for review.
Payment Terms 30% advance and balance against Pro forma Invoice.
Validity 45 days from the date of the offer.

Warranty 12 months from the date of installation or 18 months from

the date of dispatch whichever is earlier.
Cancellation of order In case the order is cancelled by you because of any
reason then cancellation charges amounting to 30% of the
order value shall be debited to your account. If the order is
put on hold for more than 6 months from the date of
delivery the same shall be considered as deemed
cancelled and the above cancellation charges shall be
applicable.
