The following document outlines the key attributes related to the profiles offered to
SPJIMR candidates during final placement. The document is prepared through secondary

the document might be informative to understand the various profiles in offer at Deloitte
and potential expectation from the recruiter.
Deloitte offers the following 3 profiles at SPJIMR Strategy & Operations (S&O),

over a period of time.
Technology Strategy & Architecture (TSA) falls under Technology service line. As
the name suggests, this role deals with developing information technology related
strategy and architecture for clients. The role is quite similar to S&O (in terms of client
involvement and operations). However, the scope of work includes cloud advisory, IT
business management, IT M&A, IT strategy, Technology infrastructure transformation etc.
It is not a functional or product based consultancy and might not involve implementation
but the TSA team purely looks into strategy development for the client. It is a relatively
small team in India (around 100 people) and offers high visibility in terms of work.
Audit & Enterprise Risk Services (AERS) falls under Advisory service line. Advisory
