for the full development lifecycle processes. Products released in 2008 were featured in SC Magazine
reviews rating with excellence. Currently holds credit as listed inventor for more than 8 U.S. issued patents.
Provides leadership to all in-house and offshore employees in the technology areas, requiring and
rewarding world class performance. Maximizes product capability and quality while minimizing time-tomarket, costs and risk. Manages a yearly budget ranging $1.2M+.
Develops, ensures and maintains close technological partnerships with key vendors, resellers and

Key contributor to the design, architecture, implementation and full lifecycle management for Intelladons
e-learning commercial software product the ALP (Advanced Learning Platform).
The ALP was awarded best product by Brandon Hall in 2003 over competitor products from Macromedia
and Adobe.
Architected the Integration of Intelladons LMS with Webex.
Designed and led the necessary modifications for the ALP to become SCORM conformant. Created a set of
technological solutions that enable the ALP, to seamlessly integrate any e-learning course (SCORM
conformant or not), to its platform.
Provided successful maintenance, service, and customization procedures to current ALP solutions used by
fortune 500 companies like UPS, GE Medical Systems, Raytheon, AAA National, and Siemens among many
others.
Working with Tricycle Studios Inc, In coordination with a team of international talent, led the multilingual
development part of a Multimedia Health Care Computer Based Training application for Johnson and
Johnson laboratories (Apr 2002 Jun 2002).
Working with Platinum Interactive Inc, analyzed business and code, debugged, reprogrammed, redesigned
and designed new web based instructional solutions to salvage and achieve the satisfactory delivery of the
home and professional printing sales force Web based training application for IBM (Apr 2002 July2002).
Designed, architected, planned and then led the execution for a $+250K budget internationally
coordinated project that involved offshore and national vendors in order to redesign and rebuild the
complete ICANLearn line of products into a fully Bilingual (English-Spanish) one.
Collected existing assets, re-designed, architected, planned and then led the entire development of the
Interactive LEAP to Success product from the ICANLearn trademark. The Interactive LEAP to Success is
currently used throughout Louisiana state in all schools that have ICANLearn classrooms to help students
get prepared for the LEAP test in the most exciting and fun manner. With Interactive LEAP to Success
children in Louisiana now even look forward to engage and sign up for the LEAP test.
