1. Menu:
• Plenty of soda/water chosen and a shortage of main courses and desserts, some family members will be asked to bring alternate
items.
• Rolls and watermelon were added to the list of items.
• Suggested the paper products be purchased by the reunion fund, so the items are ready the day of the reunion.
• Morrison and Lynne will be asked about coolers for drinks. (Elaine & Virgil have a tub)
• What quantity of food should each family bring. (20-25 people was the estimate)
2. Tents/Canopies:
• Elaine contacted a company that rents pop-up tents for $125-$145 for 10x20. The company does not set up.
• If larger tents are required, then there will be an additional charge for setup.
• Elaine suggested tables with umbrellas in addition to the tent. Aunt Bert stated that 40’ of tent space is needed.
• It was discussed the possibility of purchasing tents. It was noted that future reunions may be held at a facility and tents would
not be needed for future reunions. Another suggestion, if purchased, family members can purchase the tents after the event
3. Mailers:
• Dee Dee will send out mailers this week. Information to include are: date, time (2-5pm), “arrive promptly”, phone contact (Aunt
Bert’s), map, “bring a camera”, Facebook web address, reunion web address, and “don’t forget potluck item”.
4. Photographer:
• Ask if Michael could take the group picture.
• Sean suggested family members take pictures.
5. T-Shirts:
• Kevin received a pricing of $4.95-$9.95 from Vista Print (1 picture + lettering).
• Vista has a 3-day delivery time.
• Orders will be taken at this year’s reunion for next year (along with a markup).
6. Donations:
• Donations should be sent in by April 10th.
• Addressed to Doris or Aunt Bert.
7. Activities:
• Wii System will be set up upstairs for Wii Tournament
• Slide Show
