February 22, 2010 at the Sellersburg Town Hall. Present were Council President
Brian K. Meyer, Council Vice President Paul J. Rhodes, Council Member Terry E.
Langford, Council Member James H. LaMaster, Council Member Michael N. Lockhart,
Town Attorney William P. McCall, III and Clerk-Treasurer David L. Kinder.CALL TO
ORDER:President Brian K. Meyer called the meeting to order at 7:00 P.M.PRAYER: led
by Paul J. Rhodes.PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: By all present.JAMES H. LaMASTER makes a
motion to approve the minutes of the February 8, 2010 meeting and the claims as
submitted by the Clerk-Treasurers office, seconded by Terry E. Langford. 5-aye,
0-nay, motion is approved.PRESIDENT MEYER presents contract with E-Z Eye
Advertising Company for advertising benches for the Town. PAUL J. RHODES makes a
motion to not renew contract with E-Z Eye Advertising Company and have the benches
that are presently in town removed, seconded by Michael N. Lockhart. 5-aye, 0-nay,
motion is approved. Town Attorney William P. McCall, III will write letter to
company notifying them of the cancellation of the contract.Sellersburg Town Council

zoning change at 475 North Indiana Avenue, the William H. Bueter, Jr. property from

ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF SELLERSBURG, INDIANA, an ordinance
changing the property at 475 North Indiana Avenue from R-1 to B-1, seconded by
Michael N. Lockhart. 5-aye, 0-nay, motion is approved.MICHAEL N. LOCKHART makes a
motion to adjourn the meeting, seconded by James H. LaMaster. 5-aye, 0-nay, motion
