Matzah-rella Lasagna Matzoh Buttercrunch Pesach Chicken Pie

3 matzah squares 5 boards matzoh 5 to 6 matzot


2 eggs 1 cup (2 sticks) margarine 1 lb minced chicken breast
1 can kosher tomato-mushroom sauce 1 cup packed brown sugar Parsley and green onions to taste

8 oz. fat free grated mozzarella 1/2 cup chopped, toasted almonds 2 raw eggs
