America.In2010alone,juvenilecourtsheardoveronemillionjuveniledelinquencycases
throughouttheUnitedStates(NationalInstituteofJusticeOfficeofJusticePrograms[NIJ],
2012).OneofthemostinfamouscasesofjuveniledelinquencyintheUnitedStateswasthe
Columbineshootingsof1999,andtheeffectsofthistragedycanstillbefelttothisday.The
reasoningbehindEricHarrisandDylanKleboldsactionsareahighlydebatedtopic,butthey
canbeexplainedthroughtheuseofastronglyrelateddelinquencytheory.
ItwasApril20th,1999whenKleboldandHarrisdecidedtounleashtheirwellthought

ManyhaveattemptedtoexplainwhyKleboldandHarrisdecidedtocommitsucha

TheproblemwithattemptingtodiscovertherootcauseofHarrisandKlebold'sactions
arehardtocompareduetothedifferentfactorsthatinfluencedtheirbehavior.Through
investigationsitwasdiscoveredthatthesetwohelddifferentmotivesforwantedtocarryoutthis
