RELEASE DEED

OR RELINQUISHMENT
Relinquish means to give over possession or control of or to leave
off. A release deed or relinquishment deed is an instrument by which a
person renounces a claim upon another person or against any specified
property and includes (10 A renunciation of claim 2) against another
person or against specified property but does not include a release or
discharge of mortgage of mark able securities.
EXECUTION, Attestation and Registration: A release deed must be
executed and attested as a bond, that is, if the document is not
register able only one attesting witness need sign. All release deed
effecting immovable property of the value of Rupees Hundred or more
compulsorily register able.
This deed of release is made between the several persons, firms and
companies whose names and description are given in the schedule
attached and who can execute this deed.

DEED OF RELINQUISHMENT
THIS DEED OF RELINQUISHMENT is made and execute at Karachi on
____ day of May 2008.
BETWEEN.
1. Mst. Zatoon Khatoon Wd/o Muhammad Sharif, Muslim, Adult, holding
N.I.C. No. 519-24-136599, R/o H.No. D-1, 2/1, Malir Tousi Colony,
Karachi.
2. Mr. Muhammad Latif S/o Muhammad Sharif, Muslim, Adult, holding
N.I.C. No. 518-56-245591, R/o H.No. D-1, 2/1, Malir Tousi Colony,
Karachi.
3. Mr. Muhammad Aqeel S/o Muhammad Sharif, Muslim, Adult, holding
N.I.C. No. 519-58-320502, R/o H.No. D-1, 2/1, Malir Tousi Colony,
Karachi, hereinafter called the FIRST PARTY (which expression shall
wherever the context so permits and includes his heirs, executors,
administrators and assigns) of the ONE PART;
AND
Mr. Salahuddin S/o Muhammad Sharif and one of legal heir of deceased
of Mr. Muhammad Sharif, Muslim, Adult, holding N.I.C. No. 519-50136589, R/o H.No. D-1, 2/1, Malir Tousi Colony, Karachi, hereinafter
called the SECOND PARTY (which expression shall wherever the context
so permits, means and includes his heirs, executors, administrators
and assigns) of the OTHER PART.

AND WHEREAS Muhammad Sharif S/o Rehmatullah (late), Muslim,


Adult, who expired on 09-02-1991 at House as per Death Certificate
was the sole and absolute owner of leasehold owner of Plot of land
bearing No. D-1, 2/1, measuring 80 Sq. Yds, situated in Malir Tousi
Colony, Karachi, hereinafter referred to as the "SAID PROPERTY".
AND WHEREAS the said deceased Muhammad Sharif S/o Rehmatullah
has left the following surviving legal heirs:

NOW THIS DEED WITNESSETH AS UNDER:1. That the parties have voluntarily and mutually agreed that the
aforesaid plot be transferred in the name of Mr. Salahuddin S/o
Muhammad Sharif (Shown at Serial No. 2) and is in physical possession
of the said plot.
2. That the first party got Heirship Certificate and also No Objection
from the First Party whatsoever, if the said property is transferred in
the name of Second Party and necessary mutation / transfer of his
name is earned out in the record of rights of KDA / PECHS Society / City
Survey Office / K.C.H.U.S./ Ministry of Works / Registrar Office / SubRegistrar Office and the record of
relevant authorities / departments.
AND WHEREAS Muhammad Sharif S/o Rehmatullah (late), Muslim,
Adult, who expired on 09-02-1991 at House as per Death Certificate
was the sole and absolute owner of leasehold owner of Plot of land
bearing No. D-1, 2/1, measuring 80 Sq. Yds, situated in Malir Tousi
Colony, Karachi, hereinafter referred to as the "SAID PROPERTY".
AND WHEREAS the said deceased Muhammad Sharif S/o Rehmatullah
has left the following surviving legal heirs:
