    Put computer IP:- 129.26.78.87(+/-1 osn IP)
    Subnet mask:- 255.255.0.0

    Open latest WebCT

    Open
    startweblct.bat

    A command window will appear

    Your default web browser will be


    opened

    User name will :- admin


    Enter the password:- Huawei@1234
    Enter the verification code and login

    NE list window will appear

    Click NE search->advance search

    Search window will appear

    Suppose osn IP is 129.26.78.86


    Then select the domain 129.26.255.255
    Click search

    NE list will appear


    Click the end search
    Select the GNE Node (G will be written) with
    the osn gateway IP address
    Add NE

    NE Login

    Select the osn equipment


    From the list

    Click NE login

    NE Login window will appear


    Username :-root
    Password:-password
    Click ->apply->ok

    click
    stopweblct.bat
