Must have high school diploma or equivalent and two (2) years related experience.
Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
Must have excellent writing and editing skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks with varying deadlines.
Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with diverse groups of people (i.e., N/NE community, donors,
volunteers, committee members and staff).
Must be a team player and have a professional attitude.
Must have strong word processing and database management skills. Computer graphic design skills a plus.
Ability to use personal initiative and cooperation in performing job duties.
Must be a self-starter.
Salary Range: $2,661 – $3,858 per month.

Salary Range: $2,887 – $4,186 per month.
A degree in Education, Psychology or a related field is required. A minimum of two (2) years of college level study plus (2) years
of experience directly working with youth in an educational environment may be substituted for education requirement.
Ability to successfully provide case management to 25-50 youth.
Ability to be a positive role model for young people.
Ability to successfully work with students with varying educational, social and economic backgrounds.
Self-motivated, with good organizational skills.
Must have excellent writing skills and basic computer knowledge.
Willingness to work flexible hours; including some evenings and week-ends.
Must have a valid driver’s license and must be insurable under SEI’s auto insurance.
Salary Range: $2,500- $3,625 per month
