MOTION FOR REIMBURSEMENT OF FILING FEE

Petitioner Raphael Deon Holiday respectfully files this motion for reimbursement of the
appellate filing fee paid on October 21, 2015. See Exhibit A.
Petitioner was previously granted in forma pauperis status, but, inadvertently, that status
was not indicated on the Notice of Appeal filed with this court but undersigned counsel.
Accordingly, Petitioner respectfully requests that this Court enter the proposed order
granting the Motion and directing the Clerk of the Court to reimburse the $505.00 filing fee paid
by Petitioners counsel.
