These are the important elements of the communication


process:
Sender : Sender is an individual, group, or organization
who initiates the communication
Message: A message can be an idea, concept, emotion,
feeling that a person wants to share with another person
Encoding : When a sender attempts to replicate his or her
internal thoughts or feelings into some kind of external
message medium for the sake of transmitting those
thoughts or feelings to another person or persons.
Channel: Its the medium through which communication is
transmitted from one person to the receiver

5. Receiver:
Receiver is the individual or individuals to whom the
message is directed to
6. Decoding:
Decoding is the process where the message is
interpreted by the receiver
7. Feedback:
Feedback is an integral part of communication process
that allows the speaker to monitor the process.
Feedback is important to evaluate the success of the
message communicated
8. Noise
There are certain barriers present in the communication
process.
Ex: Sounds, Language, venue, etc
