Revenue Management: Help providers increase revenue and accelerate cash flow by addressing
people, process and technology components across a providers complete revenue cycle
Clinical Information Systems: Strategy, selection and detailed planning; design and
implementation, and deployment and optimization of clinical information systems
Government Programs: Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, Medicare Part(s) A, B, D; enrollment,
claims, billing and payments
Familiarity with Clinical Information Systems / Electronic Medical Records, Clinical Benchmarking
tools
Typical skills Service Operations Payments (Senior Consultant level Only):
Commerce or Finance degree and/or MBA
Exposure to the payments and/or banking industries
Experience in digital/mobile is desirable but not necessary
Intellectual curiosity and a love for learning and problem-solving
Good stakeholder management skills
Ability to work autonomously in an unstructured environment
Supply Chain & Manufacturing Operations (SCMO) (Senior Consultant Level only)
SCMO service line helps companies build lasting competitive advantage at every level of their operations,
including developing supply chain strategy, product development & lifecycle management, supply chain
planning, sourcing & procurement, manufacturing operations and logistics & distribution.
Typical skills and deliverables of an SCMO practitioner include (apart from the generic S&O skills
mentioned above):
Product Development
Demonstrated logical and analytical skills with knowledge across product portfolio management
and product lifecycle management
Demonstrated ability in interacting and working in collaboration with businesses in developing
current state and future state processes and performing gap analysis.
Experience in enabling product lifecycle processes with relevant technologies that exist in the
market such as Agile, Enovia and Teamcenter. Is preferred.
Preferred candidates to have either strong hands on technical knowledge in Agile, or, strong
domain knowledge in product development, engineering and product life cycle management.
Supply Chain Strategy and Planning:
Ability to analyze data, develop insights and/or experience in conducting assessments in
designing future state strategies/operating models across a businesss supply chain
Experience in assessing and improving supply chain planning processes, including Sales and
Operations Planning (S&OP), supply planning or demand planning.
Demonstrated logical and analytical skills with strong knowledge of, or direct related experience
in, demand forecasting, forecast to stock, inventory management, capacity planning, distribution
planning and order to cash.
Ability to interact and work with client personnel to develop process flows to understand current
state, build future state and identify gaps for process improvement initiatives.
Strong knowledge, or demonstrated ability, in identifying supply risks and developing solutions to
mitigate risks including supplier delivery performance, material availability and shipping delays for
global supply chains
Demonstrated strong logical and analytical skills with sourcing knowledge, or, relevant
experience in conducting sourcing across direct and/or indirect categories including spend
analysis, developing and analyzing supplier bids and developing negotiation strategies.
Strong knowledge of, or experience in implementing, procure to pay processes with relevant
standard operating procedures and technology
Relevant experience, or, ability and knowledge in interpreting data affecting overall spend
portfolio, such as price, service levels, shipping costs, future trends in commodity risks, and
economic influences; and optimizing portfolio of spend categories
Logistics & Distribution:
Excellent logical and analytical skills with strong knowledge, or direct experience, in optimizing
distribution and transportation network, product flow path analysis or transportation & freight
analysis
Relevant experience in performing network optimization analysis using in-house models and third
party tools such as IBM LogicNet Plus and Llamasoft Supply Chain Guru and leveraging
visualization tools like Tableau/ SourceMap
Manufacturing Strategy & Operations
Excellent quantitative and logical analysis skills with strong knowledge, or direct relevant
experience, in developing strategies for make vs buy analysis, manufacturing footprint
optimization, manufacturing costing analysis and improving plant productivity
Demonstrated skills in using or implementing six sigma methodologies, JIT techniques and
theory of constraints for manufacturing process improvement
Additional Skills: Knowledge of process mapping tools such as Visio, ProcessModel and ExtendSim, ERP,
Kinaxis, JDA, Tableau, Statistical modeling, VBA Macros is a plus.
Finance (Senior Consultant / Manager Level only)

improved decision making, finance controllership and corporate governance through finance strategy,
integrated performance management and finance operations.
Typical skills of a Finance practitioner include (apart from the generic S&O skills mentioned above)
Assessing the current finance function performance and capabilities; benchmarking them against
industry leading practices
Defining a finance vision and role, and developing a target operating model
Identifying change initiatives, developing a roadmap and preparing a business case
Developing finance shared services / F&A outsourcing strategy
Improving planning, budgeting and forecasting
Developing a reporting and finance information strategy
Defining key performance indicators and preparing performance scorecards
Improving management reporting and analytics, consolidation and external reporting
Delivering improvements in financial processes such as order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, record-toreport, treasury and cash management, and other core financial processes
