Introduction
Mr. John is the son of Mr. Watson who lives in Bali. His wedding ceremony will held in Bali in
February 13, 2016. His friends and other family members will be invited at this special occasion.
This would be a very huge function where more than 40 people will be invited. Different things
would be used for this purpose during wedding ceremony. These things would include resorts
booking, flight return tickets for those guests who will come from other countries,
accommodation, wedding cake, photographers, cars hiring, decoration of venue and flowers. The
budget of every aspect has been disclosed very clearly. The facts of budget have been given in
every table which is being expected to be spending during this wedding ceremony. These all
facts are estimated or projected not actual.
Executive Summary
This project has been started in order to project or estimate the wedding ceremony total cost in
coming year. The project has started working for the budget of forty people which will be invited
in wedding ceremony. This estimation has been made based on the country where it is being
held. The total budget has not be calculated but the separate budget of every item or process has
been calculated.
Assumptions
It is presumed that all the guests are invited to come on February 13, 2016. They will leave on
February 20, 2016.

It is also assumed that almost 40 guests will come including bride parents and groom parents
and out of these 40 guests thirty six guests will remain single rooms while for grooms parents
and brides parents two rooms will be kept 1.
The cocktail hours in lantern initial cost will be counted for 4000 AUD.
London Heathrow airport will be used for the UK guests and Los Angeles international airport
will be used for the USA guests as well.
Shopping list
Following things including catering and entertaining will be used for the purpose of wedding
ceremony in five star Resorts. The five tickets will be given to the 40 guests. The breakfast and
accommodation facility in a four star resort will be used.

Wedding Cake and its decorations

Rizdelights Halal Cakes shop has been chosen in order to purchase the cakes and decorate the
place for this ceremony. These wedding cakes are designed in single shape of top 8 and bottom
10 as well because these are in large size. Along with the purchase of cakes the decoration is also
ordered to do that. This order also includes one box of cupcakes. Their estimated prices have
been displayed in a table.
