MES system with ERP, Level 2 Automation System, Weighing Scale, Barcode Printer, &

Electronic record and electronic signature storage compliant with 21CFR11.

Role:

Preparation of Process workflow document.

MES configuration for converting/Executing procedures.

Preparation of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) deliverables i.e. System design

2) Project: Slurry Preparation for automobile industry.

Slurry products are produced using different technologies.

Each technology consists of master recipe.

Order creation in Batch system through APF, importing data to database from .csv file.

Barcode consist of information of material code and its Part No.

During operation barcode Scanner used to check correct material is used for operation
at particular operation.

RFID tags used to ensure correct transfer of slurry as source and destination tank
selected from HMI.

More than 1500 I/O system.

Package of GEA Refrigeration consisting of three independent unit pressure system i.e.
high, medium and low pressures.

Each unit has one main motor and redundant secondary pump i.e. lube, bearing and
sealing.

Set-point pressure achieved by Capacity control and Oil temp are maintained using
heater.

Consisting Safety Instrumented System - SIS loops.

More than 1000 I/O system.
