Special Instruction:

Inspection shall be strictly carried out as per FDH JV (Fluor Arabia) PO, approved ITP, and documents provided. Release
notes are required and it shall be clearly stated and understood that these do not constitute a 'Release for Shipment'. Only
assigned inspectors shall carry out the inspection and all visits shall be informed to Velosi Kuwait prior proceeding.

Client Specific Instructions:

As per Velosi Kuwait Instructions, as and when required PIM to be arranged. No expediting visits shall be carried out without Velosi Kuwait instructions. Digital Photos are
required for all inspection/expediting visits. Flash Report shall be submitted to Velosi Kuwait on the same day after the inspection. Reports should be submitted within 36hours
after inspection, in MS Word Format. If Material Certificates are not original, copies are to be stamped in red with "Verified True Copy of the Original" by the original Supplier.
Release Notes are required and shall be clearly stated and understood that these do not constitute a "Release for Shipment". No Changes in Inspector, if any changes then prior
approval to be obtained.
