The pump and the motor skid may be mounted on top of the
tank or at the side of the tank or the pump may be immersed in
oil and the electrical motor vertically mounted outside.
The relief valve is spring operated and normally closed.
When the solenoid s is in the de-energized state, oil trapped on
top of the piston returns to the tank via A to T. When the solenoid
is energized, return oil from the annular area goes back to tank.
This sequence continues as long as it is required
When piston side (top) is pressurized, the operation performed
and when the rod side is pressurized, the piston is lifted up without
performing any operation, but to make it ready for next operation.
