I am currently assigned to teach four middle school math classes ranging from advance to below level; mentored by the head of the math department.
This teaching experience is in a unique school located in Midtown. Attracts students from throughout the Detroit area and is closely connected to the
Detroit cultural center: The DIA, Michigan Science Center and African American Museum.

Facilitated summer science camps at the Cranbrook Institute of Science, helping with weeklong day camps ranging in size from 20-40 students, at the
1st through 6th grade levels. In addition, I helped with outreach to a Flint-based 6th grade class, engaging students in areas such as: Arduino, 3D
Printing, Scratch and Interactive Art. This fall, I am serving as the assistant to the Institutes Scout Coordinator, providing introductions to science topics.

Operated light and sound boards in a state of the art auditorium with a capacity of 550 people. Managed high profile events including speeches by Al
Gore, Rick Snyder and Michael Bloomberg via teleconference. Promoted to a Student Center building manager, which involved managing the operations
and technology side of room reservations.

Coordinated a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) outreach team between the Department of Physics at Wayne State
University and The Detroit International Academy. Helped students create science fair projects and conducted lessons. Some lessons covered: the
basics of a circuit, how to create a popsicle stick bridge and the physics of a suspension bridge. Assisted with the FIRST (For Inspiration and

Led children summer camps for Funutation Tekademy in Howell, Brighton and Birmingham. This consisted of running weeklong day camps ranging in
size from 5-15 students, at the 5th to 11th grade level. These camps had an intense focus on programming. Projects ranged from making games with
Scratch to developing apps for Android.

Served technical needs of the newly formed Hartfield Resolution Group. HRG was founded by Edward Hartfield, formerly of National Center for Dispute
