PART 1 (ADMINISTRATIVE)

1. The correct Application form and budget, published for this

call for proposals, has been used
2. The proposal is typed and is in English language
3. One original and 1 copy are included
4. An electronic version of the grant application form (CDRom) is enclosed

5. Certified photocopy of the registration documents with the

Agency for business registration (APR) is included
6. Certified photocopy of the assigned PIB is included
7. Certified photocopy of Balance sheet, Income statement and
Statistical annex for 2014, 2013 and 2012 are included
8. Pro-forma invoices for 1) the consultancy for
implementation of standards or quality mark (not needed if
the application applies for re-certification) 2) certification
bodies for certification are enclosed
9. The CV of the key person that will be in charge for
introduction of standards
10.Certified photocopy of the owners identification document
11.The correct Project proposal submission form (Annex 1) has
been used
12.The Co-funding Statement that the mandatory control visit
by the certification body in the following two years after
obtaining the certificate will be entirely covered covered
from applicant resources (Annex 3) is enclosed
