Audit and Accounting Technical Trainer August 2004 – February 2005

I joined BHZ just as the firm implemented two large packages of software. Not only was I brand new to the
accounting industry, I mastered the software packages, trained all professional CPA’s in the proper use, and
shrunk the anticipated learning curve (non-profitable time) in half!
I overhauled the orientation process for all new in-coming employees including computer software training on
audit, accounting, and MS Office products resulting in noticed improved readiness of new employees and lower
employee turnover.
