business address at Barangay San Manuel, Puerto Princesa City,
Philippines and herein Represented by JOHN CHRISTIAN
CORONEL PARCO of legal age, Filipino, single, and a resident of
Bgy. Sta. Lourdes, Puerto Princesa City, Philippines, do hereby
name, constitute and appoint NATHANIEL MAYO, of legal age,
married and a resident of Coron, Palawan, Philippines, to be our
true and lawful attorney-in-fact for us and in our behalf, name,
place and stead, to do and perform the following:
1. To PARTICIPATE IN the bidding process for the
CONSTRUCTION OF TWO (2) CLASSROOM SCHOOL
BUILDING in Barangay San Rafael, Busuanga, Palawan on
May 5, 2014 and to PARTICIPATE IN the bidding process for
the CONSTRUCTION OF ONE(1) UNTI HEALTH CENYTER in
Baranagy San Rafael, Busuanga, Palawan, Philippines on May
5, 2014;

2. To OFFER BID, TO EXECUTE, DELIVER, PROCESS and

RECEIVE any and all documents which are necessary in
connected with the said bidding process;
3. To sign, execute, deliver and process all papers or documents
which may be necessary in connection with the above-given
authority.
HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-infact full powers and authority to do and perform any and every act
whatsoever requisite or necessary to be done in and about the
premises as fully to all intents and purposes as we might or could
lawfully do if personally present and acting in person and hereby
ratifying and confirming all that my said Attorney-In-Fact shall

lawfully do or cause to be done under and by virtue of these

presents.
