Analysis the TCH blocking & SDCCH blocking KPIs & find out the high blocking Cells &
implement the Dual rate for TCH Blocking.
Analysis of ND reports Like ND111 (Frequency), ND 232 (Timing Advance /
Overshooting), 196 (Trx Quality), 208(Path Loss and Path Imbalance).
Performed daily based Optimization Activity to improve KPIs by reading BBH NBH
CDBBH.
Analysis of High EDAP Rejection Cells and TBF/TS to improve Throput of Cells.
Analysis of call drop on day to day basis and resolving the problems of cells having high
drops by changing frequencies, replacing of faulty TRUs, getting hardware checked and
