Finally, T shows Ps the flashcards and asks them to say the words; as they pronounce the
clothing items, T writes them on the blackboard;
Ps write the words in their notebooks;
Activity 3: Speaking T-Ps, P-P 10
Aim: to communicate in English
Procedure:
Some Ps come in front of the classroom and T gives each of them a scrap of paper with a
word on it; T makes sure that Ps can read the words and that they know their meaning;
Then, T distributes in the classroom the flashcards and again makes sure that each P
knows the words on the flashcards;
Ps in front of the classroom have to ask questions in order to find their pair among the Ps
with flashcards (Whos got a skirt? And the P with the correspondent flashcard answers
I do and comes in front of the classroom)
Activity 4: Reading T-Ps, Individual 7
Aim: to practice reading; to revise colours;
Procedure:
T gives each P a worksheet;
With the Ts help, Ps read the sentences, join and colour the clothing item accordingly;
Activity 5: Singing T-Ps, Whole Class 5
Aim: to have fun
Procedure:
Ps listen to a song and with the Ts help try to sing it themselves;
In the last 3 of the lesson, T assigns homework and gives Ps smileys for their posters;
