A cheese dip delicately flavoured with capsicum

and mustard. This creamy dip compliments
beautifully with most deep fried starters like
wafers, nachos, bread pieces, croquettes etc.

Makes 0.75 cup

Ingredients

Method

4 cheese slices , broken into pieces

1. Combine the cornflour and 1 tbsp of milk in a

small bowl and mix well. Keep aside.

2 tsp cornflour

2. Combine the cheese slices, cup of milk

1 tbsp milk

and capsicum, mix well and microwave on

1/2 cup milk

high for 1 minute.

2 tbsp finely chopped capsicum

3. Add the cornflour-milk mixture, mix well and

1/4 tsp mustard (rai / sarson) powder

microwave on high for 2 minutes.

a pinch of salt

4. Add the mustard powder and little salt and

mix well.

For Serving

5. Serve immediately with nacho chips, wafers

ultimately creamy and cheesy dip, the capsicum flavor is just

too good. I had served this at a cocktail party, my guest just
could not stop appreciating.
