JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities
To plan, coordinate and administer day to day HR operational duties and interface with
branches to provide support.
Responsible in the preparation of monthly HR reports for management review.
To plan and execute human resource audit at subsidiaries and recommend improvement
plans to the management.
To implement HR projects and other ad-hoc assignment as and when required.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree, Post Graduate Diploma,

Professional
Degree,
Human
Resource
Management,
Business
Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in Senior Executive position with full
spectrum of HR Management knowledge.
Well versed in Employment Act 1955 and Industrial Relations Act 1967.
Ability to facilitate and direct the development and implementation of major human
resource policies.
Good command of both oral and written English. Ability to converse in Mandarin or any
Chinese dialect will be an added advantage.
Team player, self-starter with commitment and drive for result.
Able to work independently with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Passion in seeking improvements in processes and work flow.
