the METROPOLITAN GENERAL, PRIMATE and PATRIARCH of the PHILIPPINE
PATRIARCH of the HOLY ORTHODOX CATHOLIC APOSTOLIC CHURCH of JESUS
CHRIST (PP HOCAC JC) and presently residing at Craig St. Sampaloc, Manila
after being duly sworn to in accordance with law do hereby depose and say:
1. That the document of WRIT OF EXCOMMUNICATION that is
being issued and released by SONNY BOY RAMILO
TANDAGUEN and being circulated by DANIEL ARROYO
BELONCIO, III, against Most Rev. EMERSON BERIONES, are
unofficial and without basis;
2. That SONNY BOY RAMILO TANDAGUEN and DANIEL
ARROYO BELONCIO, III are not any way connected with PP
HOCAC JC;
3. That the person of Most Rev. EMERSON BERIONES is beyond
contest, and has shown dedication, concern and loyalty to the
Church;
4. That Most Rev. EMERSON BERIONES is a person of good
moral character and is presently connected with the
ARCHDIOCESE of MANILA and ALL-PHILIPPINES under the
GREEK ORTHODOX PATRIARCHATE OF EPHESUS;
5. I am executing this affidavit of declaration in support of the and

1. That the document of CONSECRATION being issued under Greaco
Russian Orthodox Catholic Church in the Philippines (GROCCP) are
NULL and VOID;
2. That clergies who imposed the said documents and others being
issued under Greaco Russian Orthodox Catholic Church in the
Philippines (GROCCP) are of no credits already;
3. That the person of SONNY BOY RAMILO TANDAGUEN, ROBERT
ABELLANA SISA, DANILO SERRANO SANTUALLA and
DANIEL ARROYO BELONCIO, III who received and imposed
documents under GROCCP are not in any way connected to the
Philippine Patriarch of the Holy Orthodox Catholic Apostolic Church
of Jesus Christ (PP HOCAC JC);
4. That the EMERSON BERIONES, HARRY ROBLE SAMANIEGO;
BENJAMIN DEL SOCCORO LAZARO, DANGWA GUANZO
BENTREZ and ROMEO DURANA PANCHO, Sr., who holds the
same CONSECRATION document under GROCCP will be subject for
re-validation ceremony under PP HOCAC JC;
5. That the Registration of the Graeco Russian Orthodox Catholic
Church in the Philippines (GROCCP) under the Securities and
Exchange Commission (SEC) will be CANCELED and REVOKED;
6. I am executing this affidavit of declaration in support of the and for
