GENERAL MANAGEMENT TRACK OVERVIEW
The general-management track addresses vital business functions
including corporate finance, marketing, human resource strategy,
valuation of businesses and analysis, mergers and acquisitions, and
operations and strategy, as well as overseas modules at UC Berkeley
and the Wharton School.
Strategic marketing, innovation and entrepreneurship are the keystones
of the UC Berkeley segment. Over two intensive weeks, participants
examine information-intensive marketing strategies and innovation as
drivers of corporate sustainability. During the one week Wharton segment,
participants explore change management, strategic thinking, corporate
strategy, and value creation.
The outstanding
faculty was definitely
one of the programmes
highlights. The professors
did an excellent job of
combining concepts with
real-world application

participants to share

benefits that the
programme delivered
