RP called to report erratic operation of two vehicles with

unknown CT registrations. Vehicles were racing, swerving
erratically on 95 SB, making obscene gestures to each other,
and then slowing down dramatically to slow the flow of
traffic. Vehicles continued the activity on 140 SB and then
onto Copeland Dr. in the area of the Health Center. Officers
resp. to the area.

stopping same on Crocker St.

activity suspicious and reports the male is now walking on
140 SB approaching the School St. The RP spoke with the male
who claimed he would be taking a bus from the mall to 140 in

Narrative:
clear - Ofc. Pepicelli spoke with the male who works at Home
Depot and says the RP offered him a ride to Norton. The RP
declined, opting for the bus.
