Course Objectives:
The main objective of the course is to develop an understanding of how to plan and implement
Performance Management System (PMS). It also focuses on the basic skills of designing and
developing the performance management model for individual and organizational effectiveness.
Learning Outcomes:
Upon completion of this course the student will be able to:

Instructions to students:
1. Attending every class is important and absenteeism affects class participation score. If
any student misses class, it is responsibility of the student to find out the topic covered
and assignments if any were announced in the respective class.
2. Class participation marks are inclusive of the attendance and the participation in the class.
3. Students have to submit the assignments on or before the date of submission, otherwise
not considered for evaluation.
4. Presentation marks will be allotted for individual presentations. The students are expected
to select a topic and present it as at their allotted time.
