About
Paradigm was founded June 2015, and is a limited registered company based in Sweden, its owned
and managed by Simon Hagert, Lydia Picknell, Oscar Pettersson and Emil evensen respectively, the
players also each own a share of the company.
Before Paradigm (PDG for short/tag), our rosters played in well-known organisations such as Team
SoloMid, SK Gaming, Fnatic & Cognitive gaming. Our current SMITE PC lineup is a combination of old
TSM and Fnatic players.

We also have partnered community streamers, a shoutcaster & a SMITE XBOX team, which is
currently qualifying for the $100k SMITE XBOX SWC tournament in January, which runs
simultaneously.
Although SMITE-centric for the time being, we are planning to utilize the recent success of the team
to expand into more popular titles, including League of Legends, Heartstone and Counter Strike:
Global offensive.
We are set to participate as the first seed in the SMITE World Championship in January 2016 as #1
seed coming out of Europe, with a prize pool of $1.000.000. Our brand is a fan-favorite in Europe and
all our players (management included) are big figures within the SMITE community.

SMITE is a free-to-play online MOBA (Multiplayer Online Battle Arena) and ARTS (action real-time
strategy) game currently being developed by Hi-Rez Studios. The game has over 10 million players
and run their own pro-circuit tournament called SPL (Smite Pro League). The SMITE World
Championship 2015 had a $2.7m prize pool and 2,926,660 unique viewers in total

Social media statistics

The past 28 days, our official @paradigmgg twitter gained, on
average, 51 followers per day, and 3019 total new followers. Our
impression rate* is, on average, 31 000 daily, with a total of 994 000
for the past 28 days. It would be too much data to represent in this
presentation, but our individual twitters are growing at the same
pace. In other words we are growing rapidely.

The Team

Our SMITE team is the first lineup to take Paradigms brand into the competitive e-sport scene, the team is a
merged combination of the old Team SoloMid & Fnatic SMITE rosters, and was formed on June 25th, 2015. All
players are considered top-level in their respective role and have been playing for 3-4 years each.
We are used to be working with sponsorships, promotional events, and utilize our images to promote your brand,

Management
Paradigm is primarily managed by Simon Hagert, Oscar Pettersson and Lydia Picknell.

Simon Hagert
Co-Founder, CEO & General Manager
Simon Hagert has been playing games on a professional level
from a very young age, he went on to win the 2014 world
SMITE championship in Atlanta before retiring as a player. He
has since then founded and managed e-sport organization
Paradigm. Mr. Hagert is currently studying towards a bachelor
in International business and management at Ume university.

Oscar Petterson
Co-Founder, VCEO
Oscar Pettersson is a very dedicated and competitive person
who has been into gaming and sports since he was three years
old. Oscar loves gaming and have been really successful in the
game WoW where he archived rank 1 four times playing
Rogue and have since then been playing different games at a
high level. He is currently taking a break from School to
dedicate 100% of his time into Paradigm

Lydia Picknell
Assistant manager
Lydia is from a public relations background, formerly running a
small public relations firm for independent music artists. She
was the first competitive female in Smite, and now mixes both
her love of Smite and management to help brand and market
the organization as well as handle the day-to-day operations
and team management. Her work with Paradigm has been
recognized by Polygon, The Daily Dot, PC Gamer, and ESL.
